This complete set includes original controller box transformer unit, compact and durable handpiece SH37L, Made in Korea. Great power of rotation (torque) with light weight and comfort. 

A powerful micro motor handpiece, rated at 40K RPMs. Other characteristics:

So far this is the best pedicure drill that I have used without a vacuum. The handpiece is powerful and has no vibration even at high rpm. It is a bit heavy for gel removal and cuticle work, but is doable if you have a steady hand, but the weight/torque is perfect for exfoliating dry skin on the foot with podo disc. Great investment if you want to start doing dry pedicures.
